UAE weather: chance of rain from Monday, with fog in the mornings
The National Centre of Meteorology expects a hot, humid weekend, then convective clouds and a chance of rain from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 October.
12OctoberUAESaturday will be fair to partly cloudy, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), with highs of 39 to 43°C inland and 34 to 40°C on the coast and islands. Humidity can reach 90 percent, and fog or mist may form overnight and into Sunday morning in some coastal and inland areas.
From Monday 12 October, the NCM expects convective clouds over eastern areas with a chance of rain, possibly reaching the interior in the afternoon. The chance of rain continues on Tuesday and Wednesday, with clouds building over eastern, southern and western parts in the afternoons.
Winds will be light to moderate, freshening at times to 40 to 45 km/h and raising dust. Morning fog or mist is possible on most days, so drivers should allow extra time and follow the speed limits shown on the road signs.
