How to take part in Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026
The 10th Dubai Fitness Challenge runs from 31 October to 29 November. Registration is free, and the four big group events need their own sign-up on the same website.
Dubai Fitness Challenge asks everyone in the city to do 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days. This year's edition, the 10th, runs from 31 October to 29 November 2026, with the slogan "What's Your 30x30?". It is organised by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Sports Council.
1. Register: sign up free at dubaifitnesschallenge.com. Registration is already open.
2. Pick your 30 minutes: any activity counts, from walking and swimming to classes and team sport. The idea is to do it every day of the 30 days.
3. Dubai Ride, 1 November: the cycling event on Sheikh Zayed Road and through Downtown Dubai. Register for a place on the challenge website.
4. Dubai Stand-Up Paddle, 7 and 8 November: paddle boarding on Hatta Dam.
5. Dubai Run, 22 November: the run on Sheikh Zayed Road and through Downtown Dubai. Last year it drew more than 307,000 runners, so register early.
6. Dubai Yoga, 29 November: a mass yoga session that closes the challenge. Details are still to be announced.
7. Free classes: three Fitness Villages open for the 30 days with free classes, ladies' areas, basketball, football, padel and volleyball, and more than 23 Community Fitness Hubs across the city offer free sessions. The full calendar has not been published yet.
