ISHQ by Chef Bhatia, an Indian fine-dining restaurant led by chef Nimish Bhatia, has opened at Raffles Dubai in Wafi City. The room has just 22 seats.
Dinner is a tasting menu of 13 or 19 courses, each in vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions. There is one service a night, starting at 8pm, so every table eats at the same time.
