Sunset yoga and Pilates sessions at Expo City's Jubilee Park on 30 and 31 October

Jubilee Park at Expo City Dubai hosts Move, Connect, Feel on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October: three outdoor movement sessions led by the SANCTUM team and lululemon ambassadors, open to men and women of all levels.
On Friday, SANCTUM Flow (7pm to 8pm) mixes yoga-style movement with breathwork, live sound and storytelling, led by Kaya and Daria, for Dh250. On Saturday, Move Freely (5pm to 6pm) is a gentle Pilates flow at sunset with Kiki, and Strength to Stillness (7.30pm to 8.30pm) moves from Pilates into breathwork with Parisa and Michele; each costs Dh100.
Tickets are on Platinumlist and cannot be refunded, and sessions are for ages 16 and up. Mats are provided, so wear sportswear and arrive early: registration opens an hour before each session. Parking is free, or take the Metro to Expo 2020 station. Outside food is not allowed, and neither are laptops, umbrellas, glass, folding chairs or drones.
