Nissan Patrol 75th Anniversary edition: 1,951 units for the Gulf
Nissan is building a 75th Anniversary Patrol for GCC markets only, with a first run of 1,951 units. A UAE price and on-sale date have not been announced.
Nissan has announced a 75th Anniversary edition of the Patrol that will be sold only in GCC markets. The first run is 1,951 units, a nod to the year the Patrol was first built, tbreak reported on 1 October, citing Nissan.
The edition is based on the Platinum V6 twin-turbo grade. Outside, it has Copper Gold accents, dark chrome in place of bright trim and black alloy wheels, in five colours. Inside, the Bordeaux cabin gets Copper Gold details on the steering wheel, 75th Anniversary embossing, illuminated kick plates and a leather key case.
The engine is unchanged: a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 with 425 hp and 700 Nm, a nine-speed automatic gearbox and adaptive air suspension.
Nissan has not given a UAE price, a delivery date or the number of cars for each country. It says the edition will be sold for a limited time through its authorised dealers in the Gulf. The standard Patrol range starts at Dh239,900 in the UAE.
