Skylight Mall: more than 360 stores coming to Al Khail Road in 2027
Dubai Retail's new 1.3 million sq ft mall will serve JVT, Jumeirah Islands and The Springs.
Launches8OctoberAl Khail RoadDubai Retail, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management, has unveiled Skylight Mall, a development on Al Khail Road with 1.3 million sq ft of leasable space and more than 360 stores.
The mall is due to open in 2027 and is aimed at residents of Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands, The Springs and nearby communities.
