7 Dubai outdoor attractions open, or about to open, for the winter season
From Miracle Garden to Hatta, here is where each of Dubai's seasonal outdoor attractions stands this week, with dates, hours and prices from their own websites.
October is when Dubai's outdoor attractions come back after the summer break. Some are already open and others open in the next few days. This list is in no ranking order. Every detail comes from each attraction's own website, checked on 9 October 2026; where a site does not state a price or a time, we say so.
1. Dubai Miracle Garden: The flower garden in Al Barsha South 3 is open for its 15th season, daily from 9am to 9pm, with last entry 30 minutes before closing. Its website lists a new Floating Lady display and separate ticketed morning events for Halloween and Diwali. The home page does not show a ticket price, so check the booking page.
2. Dubai Butterfly Garden: Right beside Miracle Garden and open all year, with two climate-controlled domes kept at 18 to 25 degrees and thousands of free-flying butterflies. Entry starts at Dh50; children under 3 enter free. The site lists both a 6pm and a 9pm closing time, so confirm before a late visit.
3. Global Village: Season 31 opens on Wednesday 14 October 2026 and runs until May 2027. The home page does not yet list opening hours or ticket prices for the new season.
4. Dubai Safari Park: Season 8 starts on Monday 12 October at 9am and runs until 31 May 2027. The park in Al Warqa 5, opposite Dragon Mart, opens daily from 9am to 6pm with last entry at 5pm. The park pass starts at Dh50 and the bundle with a safari journey is Dh117. Parking is free.

7. Hatta: Hatta Resorts and Wadi Hub list their ninth season as open from 28 September, with hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and animal rides, plus lodges, domes, caravans and a campsite to stay in. The site does not list activity prices on its home page; the reservations line is staffed from 9am to 7pm daily.
