ARKHE opens in Dubai Marina, with reformer Pilates, a Hyrox club and saunas
The new club mixes classes, a strength floor, an outdoor Hyrox training area and a recovery zone that comes with every membership.
Dubai Marina
ARKHE, a new fitness and wellness club, has launched in Dubai Marina. It describes itself as a place where training, recovery and a members' club meet, and its own photos show an open-air training deck overlooking the marina.
There are separate rooms for each kind of training: a Mindbody room for yoga, sculpt, barre and mobility; a reformer Pilates room with three class formats; a strength room for lifting; a performance gym floor for training with or without a coach; and an outdoor Hyrox training club for running, sled work and conditioning. Personal training is offered one to one or in small groups.
Every membership includes the recovery area, which has cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, a red light bed, compression boots, a hyperbaric chamber and a massage room. There is also The Circle, a café and co-working space for members. Separately, ARKHE offers health assessments and consultations through a programme it calls ARKHE Longevity.
Memberships are flexible, seasonal or annual. ARKHE does not publish prices or opening hours on its website: membership details and a contact form are at arkhe.club, and the club posts updates on Instagram at @arkhe.club.
