Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno opens at One&Only The Palm today
The French chef's new waterfront restaurant on Palm Jumeirah opens on 19 October with Italian coastal cooking built around seafood, crudos and pizza.
One&Only The Palm opens Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno on 19 October, a new restaurant on the resort's waterfront on Palm Jumeirah. The French chef, who already runs restaurants at the resort, has built the menu around Italian coastal cooking: seafood and shellfish, fresh catches cooked over fire, crudos, seafood towers to share and pizzas from an open kitchen.
The resort describes the look as Mediterranean seaside living, with pavilion-style architecture, warm wood, curved shapes and sun-bleached colours, and the mood as a relaxed Riviera evening by the water.
Bookings are taken through the restaurant's page on the One&Only The Palm website. The resort has not published prices, opening hours or a dress code in its announcement, so check those when you book; a table on the terrace is the one to ask for now that evenings are cooler.
