Dubai opens Create AI Agents Championship with more than Dh2.5m in prizes

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, has launched the Create AI Agents Championship, which replaces the Create Apps Championship. Total prize money is more than Dh2.5 million.

There are four categories: Best Societal AI Agent, Best Personal AI Agent, Best Business AI Agent and Best Youth AI Agent, the last for entrants under 21. Each category winner receives a Dh550,000 grant, and the overall winner is named AI Agent of the Year and receives Dh1 million.

The contest is open worldwide. Entries can be ideas, early prototypes or first working versions; products already on the market are not eligible. Registration is open now, and workshops plus a Digital Academy with training and mentoring are planned for November and December.
