New DXB Winter Festival to open at Dubai Festival City on 1 December
A new winter festival with more than 150 vendors, a funfair and a main stage is planned for the waterfront beside Dubai Festival City Mall from 1 December to 10 January.

A new seasonal event called DXB Winter Festival is due to open on the waterfront beside Dubai Festival City Mall on 1 December 2026 and run until 10 January 2027, What's On reports. The site covers more than 20,000 square metres.
Plans include more than 150 vendors along market streets, with independent makers, food stalls and open-air cafes, plus a large Christmas tree, a funfair with rides, a Santa's grotto and children's workshops. A main stage will host live performances, with parades and special programmes around UAE National Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Opening hours are 4pm to midnight on weekdays and 2pm to midnight at weekends. Ticket prices have not been announced. The festival says 10,000 tickets will be sold with a 25 per cent early discount, and people who register on its website will get a code when sales open. It is not yet clear which activities are included in the entry ticket.
