Global Village, Dubai
Global Village has published its prices for Season 31, which opens on Wednesday 14 October and runs until May 2027. A weekday ticket costs Dh25 and an "any day" ticket, valid on public holidays too, costs Dh30. Both prices include 5% VAT. The grand opening ceremony starts at 6pm on 14 October at the Gate of the World.
Children under three, people aged 65 and over, and people of determination with one companion get in free, with ID. Rides, events and Wonder Pass attractions are paid for separately. Among the new rides listed this season are Arabian Horses, a double-decker carousel at 10 points a person, and the Athens Slingshot at 30 points, for riders at least 140cm tall.
The park opens from 4pm to midnight Sunday to Wednesday, and from 4pm to 1am Thursday to Saturday. Tuesdays are kept for ladies and families, except on public holidays, so groups of men should plan another night. Global Village says its online ticket booking is being prepared; watch its website and app for when sales open.
