Michelin Guide Dubai 2026: Orfali Bros moves up to two stars
The fifth Michelin Guide Dubai lists 122 restaurants. FZN and Trèsind Studio keep three stars, Orfali Bros is promoted to two, and Birch and KIGO earn a first star.
The fifth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai was revealed on 6 October at Atlantis The Royal. It lists 122 restaurants across 38 types of cuisine, with 19 new entries.
Both three-star restaurants, FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio, kept their rating. Orfali Bros was promoted from one star to two, joining Il Ristorante by Niko Romito, Row on 45 and Stay by Yannick Alléno. Two restaurants received a first star: Birch and KIGO. That brings the city's starred restaurants to 20, according to What's On.
Four restaurants were added to the Bib Gourmand list for good-value cooking: Middle Child, S.E.A. Bistrot, Three Bros and YUBI Dubai. Thirteen more joined the Michelin Selected list.
The special awards went to Gonzalo Platero of Window (Opening of the Year), Akinori Tanigawa of KIGO (Service), Ninad Jani of Avatara (Sommelier), Remy Marquignon of Ossiano (Young Chef) and Zahra Erfanian Azmoodeh of Carbone Dubai (Exceptional Cocktail).
