SailGP races at Mina Rashid on 21 and 22 November, with seats from Dh265
The Emirates Dubai Sail Grand Prix brings the F50 racing catamarans to Port Rashid for two afternoons, with a new premium grandstand this year.
The Emirates Dubai Sail Grand Prix, presented by DP World, returns to the water off Mina Rashid on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November. The national teams race SailGP's F50 foiling catamarans close to shore, so the race stadium at Port Rashid looks straight onto the course.
The stadium opens at 1.30pm and racing starts at 3pm on both days, though times depend on wind and weather. A Waterfront Grandstand seat costs Dh265 for one day or Dh425 for the weekend, with first-come seating, big screens and live commentary. New this year, the Premium Waterfront Grandstand (Dh500 a day, Dh799 for both) has central seats, fast-track entry and a food and drink credit. Vela Beach Club, with shaded lounges, food and drinks included, costs Dh1,954 a day or Dh3,038 for the weekend.
Book through SailGP's official ticket site, which sells through Fever; groups of 25 or more can ask for a group booking. Arrive before 3pm, since grandstand seats are not numbered, and bring sun protection for an afternoon by the water.
