The 28th Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) takes place from 20 to 22 October at Dubai World Trade Centre, organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), WAM reported.

The show covers energy, water, green development, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, decarbonisation, green mobility, green hydrogen and sustainable cities. Last year's edition drew 3,100 exhibitors and more than 50,000 visitors across 95,000 square metres, with 18 international pavilions and 114 seminars.

WETEX is a trade exhibition, so it suits anyone working in energy, water, building or transport, and students looking at those fields. Visitor registration and any entry conditions are set on the WETEX website, wetex.ae; DEWA has not published a fee in its announcement, so register there before you go. The opening day is Tuesday 20 October.
