Chef Yannick Alléno is bringing two concepts to One&Only The Palm, both opening on 19 October.
L'Abysse seats 34 and brings together French gastronomy and Japanese omakase, with sushi master Ken Ishihata and a 13-course menu. Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno serves Italian coastal and Mediterranean dishes from lunch through to late evening.
