Dubai Investments Park owner to list on DFM, from AED 5,000
Dubai Investments will sell 20% of DIP Holding, the company behind Dubai Investments Park, in the DFM's first IPO this year. Subscriptions run from 27 October to 3 November, with a minimum of AED 5,000 for individuals.
Dubai Investments announced on 19 October that it plans to float DIP Holding, owner of Dubai Investments Park, on the Dubai Financial Market. It is selling 1,735,243,300 existing shares, or 20% of the company, and will keep the other 80%. Because the shares come from the current owner, DIP Holding itself receives none of the money raised.
Dubai Investments Park covers about 23 million square metres near Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, with about 1,000 tenants, about 5,700 sub-leases and more than 150,000 residents. The company says it plans to pay dividends twice a year, starting with AED 350 million in April 2027 for the second half of 2026.
The price range will be announced when the offer opens on 27 October. Subscriptions close on 3 November, the final price follows on 4 November, allocations and refunds on 10 November, and trading is expected to start on 11 November.
Individual investors in the UAE need an investor number (NIN) from the DFM, which can be obtained through the DFM app, the DFM call centre on +971 4 3055555 or a licensed broker. The minimum subscription is AED 5,000, and each successful retail subscriber is guaranteed at least 2,000 shares. Applications go through the DFM app or the receiving banks, led by Emirates NBD, with ADCB, ADIB, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates Islamic, FAB, Wio and Mbank. Individual shareholders of Dubai Investments who hold its shares by 26 October can also apply in a separate tranche. Read the prospectus first: you may be allocated fewer shares than you asked for, and the rest of your money is refunded.
