Emirates Towers and Museum of the Future, Dubai
Dubai Future Foundation has laid out the programme of Dubai Future Week, a four-day gathering at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future from 18 to 21 November under the theme "For the Human of the Future". It expects more than 10,000 participants, from inventors and investors to policymakers and students.
The week is built around eight concepts. The Big Stage hosts talks and live debates; The Prototype Floor at AREA 2071 shows 100 student projects tackling social and environmental problems; The Pitch puts innovators in front of judges for investment; The Policy Room holds closed-door sessions on rules for AI and data; The Challenge runs AI, robotics and foresight competitions, including the third AI Grandmaster contest and hackathons; Offstage is for private meetings; 500 Future Minds gathers people from Dubai's main sectors; and The District is a public area with technology, art, sport, culture, food and community activities.
Registration is open on the official website, dubaifutureweek.com, which asks for your name, contact details, organisation and job title. The organisers have not published a ticket price, and the programme for The District has not been announced yet. Speakers and partners apply through separate forms on the same site.
