How to enter the Dubai T100 triathlon at Al Mamzar this November
The Dubai T100 weekend moves to Al Mamzar from 13 to 15 November, with Sprint, Olympic and full T100 races for amateurs. Here is how to pick a race and sign up.
Al Mamzar, Dubai
The third Dubai T100 triathlon weekend runs from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026 at a new home, Al Mamzar, after two years at Meydan. It falls inside the Dubai Fitness Challenge, and on 13 October organisers said more than 80 per cent of race entries had already gone, so places are limited. These are the steps, taken from the organiser's own pages.
Pick your distance
the Sprint is a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run; the Olympic, new to Dubai this year, is a 1.5km swim, 40km bike and 10km run; the T100 is a 2km swim, 80km bike and 18km run, and counts towards World Championship places.
Decide whether to race alone or in a team
the Sprint and Olympic races also have relay entries, where team members split the swim, bike and run.
Register online
go to t100triathlon.com/dubai/participate, choose your race and press Register, which takes you to the official entry system. The entry fee is shown there; it is not printed on the event page, and fees can change, so check before you pay.
Know the refund rules
an entry can be refunded at 50 per cent up to 90 days before race day and at 25 per cent up to 30 days before. With the race less than a month away, check the current terms at checkout before you pay.
Know the course
the swim is in the sea at Al Mamzar, the bike route heads past Al Hamriya Port and Dubai Islands, over the Infinity Bridge to Port Rashid and back, and the run uses the shaded paths of Al Mamzar Park and its new corniche path.
Bring your family
spectator entry to Al Mamzar is free all weekend, and the professional race this year is women only.
