New Lexus ES arrives in the UAE from Dh230,000, with a first electric version
Al-Futtaim Lexus has launched the eighth generation ES saloon in the UAE. The ES 350h hybrid starts at Dh230,000 and the all-electric ES 500e costs Dh275,000.
The new Lexus ES went on sale in the UAE on 8 October 2026 through Al-Futtaim Lexus, launched alongside the electric RZ 500e SUV. It is the eighth generation of the saloon and the first to offer a fully electric version.
The ES 350h hybrid starts at Dh230,000. Lexus quotes 244 horsepower and fuel use of 27.7 km per litre. The ES 500e is priced at Dh275,000 in a single, fully equipped grade, with a 74.6 kWh battery, all-wheel drive, 338 horsepower, a quoted range of 465 km and 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds. The range and economy figures are the maker's own.
The car is longer than the one it replaces, at 5,140 mm. Inside there is a 12.3 inch driver display, a 14 inch central screen and the latest Lexus driver assistance package. Equipment differs by grade, so buyers should check the specification sheet for the version they want.
Al-Futtaim has also said plug-in hybrid Lexus models are planned for the UAE in early 2027, without naming models or prices.
