A two-storey community mall with 40 shops is coming to Hind City
Awqaf Dubai and Voco Investments are building a Dh73 million mall on a 90,400 sq ft plot, due within about two years.
Dubai's Endowment and Minors' Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) has announced a new community mall in Hind City, built with Voco Investments. The Dh73 million project covers a 90,400 sq ft plot and will have two floors with 40 shops and outlets.
Awqaf Dubai said the mall is expected to be finished within about two years. As an endowment project, its income will go to mosque affairs across Dubai.
The shops, restaurants and other tenants have not been announced. For people living in Hind City and the nearby new communities off Emirates Road, it means a neighbourhood mall closer to home, but no opening date has been given yet.
