Turkish star Ebru Gündeş plays Etihad Arena on 15 January
After sold-out shows in Istanbul, the singer brings more than three decades of hits to Abu Dhabi on Friday 15 January 2027.
Ebru Gündeş, one of Turkey's most successful singers, will play Etihad Arena on Yas Island on Friday 15 January 2027, Live Nation Middle East has announced. The concert follows sold-out shows in Istanbul and is billed as a celebration of more than three decades of her music.
Gündeş released her first album, Tanrı Misafiri, in 1993, and has spent the years since as one of the biggest names in Turkish pop, known for a powerful voice and emotional ballads about love, heartbreak, hope and holding on. Live Nation promises an evening of her greatest hits and best-loved songs, performed live in the arena.
The date is the latest in a growing line of Turkish stars playing Abu Dhabi this season: Tarkan makes his debut at the same arena on 27 November. For the UAE's Turkish residents, and for the many Arab listeners who grew up with Turkish music and television, a Gündeş concert in the Gulf is a rare chance to hear her live without flying to Istanbul.
Tickets went on sale on 28 September and are available on livenation.me, where the seating plan and remaining prices are shown. Etihad Arena is on Yas Bay, Yas Island, with parking beside the venue. The concert falls on a Friday night; check the start time and any age limit on the ticket page before booking.
