Ramy Sabry, one of Egypt's best-loved pop voices, will play Etihad Arena on Yas Island on Saturday 28 November. The concert is a single night and is on sale now, with the show listed to start at 7.30pm.
The ticket listing presents him as an Arab icon known for his expressive voice and memorable melodies, with songs about love, memories and feelings that have built him a loyal following across the region. For Arabic music fans in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, it is one of the bigger Arabic pop nights of the season at the arena, and it falls on the Saturday at the end of the last week of November.
Etihad Arena sits on Yas Bay, on the waterfront side of Yas Island, and is Abu Dhabi's largest indoor venue for concerts and shows. The arena's own calendar is busy that week: Tarkan plays there on 27 November, the night before, so fans of both can make a weekend of it on the island.
The concert is part of a strong run of Arabic music in the capital this autumn. Fadel Chaker and Mohamed Chaker are also on sale in Abu Dhabi for late November, and in Dubai Amr Diab plays Coca-Cola Arena this Saturday, 7 November.
Tickets are sold on Platinumlist, from Dh150 for the cheapest seats up to Dh1,495 for the top category. Prices on the seller's page can move as categories sell out, so check the current price before you pay. Doors usually open before the show time printed on the ticket, and the arena asks guests to arrive early to clear security. Ticket holders get their entry code on the Platinumlist app.
