DIP Holding, the company that owns Dubai Investments Park, has set the price range for its stock market listing at Dh1.10 to Dh1.15 a share, and the subscription period opened on Tuesday 27 October. It is the UAE's first initial public offering of 2026, and it closes on 3 November.

At that range the company would be worth between Dh9.5 billion and Dh10 billion when it lists on the Dubai Financial Market, the company said in its announcement. The seller is its parent, Dubai Investments, which is offering 1,735,243,300 existing shares, or 20 per cent of the company, for a total of Dh1.9 billion to Dh2 billion. Dubai Investments keeps the other 80 per cent and receives the money raised; no new shares are being created.

Dubai Investments Park is a 23 million square metre district off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, near Al Maktoum International Airport, where DIP Holding leases land on long terms to logistics, industrial, residential and commercial users. The company has said it expects to pay dividends of Dh700 million for 2026, Dh725 million for 2027 and Dh750 million for 2028, in two payments a year; the first after listing, Dh350 million covering the second half of 2026, is due in April 2027. On the 2027 figure, the company puts the yield at 7.27 per cent at the top of the price range and 7.60 per cent at the bottom. The Shariah committees of Emirates NBD and Dubai Islamic Bank have said they consider the offer Shariah-compliant.

The shares are split into four groups. Individual investors get 5 per cent of the offer, 86,762,165 shares, with each successful applicant guaranteed at least 2,000 shares; the minimum application in this group is Dh5,000, Gulf News and Khaleej Times reported when the offer was announced. Professional investors get 92 per cent, and the final price is set by their bids. Employees of the Dubai Investments group get 1 per cent and existing Dubai Investments shareholders 2 per cent; for that tranche the record date is 28 October, and the last day to buy qualifying shares was 26 October.

To apply as an individual you need a National Investor Number from the Dubai Financial Market, and you apply through one of the banks receiving subscriptions before the deadline on 3 November. The prospectus, in Arabic and English, is at ipo.dipark.com. The final price will be announced on 4 November, refunds for shares not allotted follow, and trading is expected to start on or around 11 November. As with any listing, the share price can go down as well as up after trading starts, and nothing here is advice to buy.
