Dubai Chambers has launched Chamber AI Hub, an online marketplace where companies in Dubai can pick ready-made AI agents to take on routine office work. The chamber calls it the first marketplace of its kind run by a chamber of commerce anywhere, and says it follows directives from Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to speed up the use of agentic AI in the private sector.

An AI agent is software that carries out a task from start to finish rather than only answering questions. The hub opens with 22 of them across seven areas of a business: compliance, procurement, operations, finance, sales, human resources and logistics. Examples include agents that find suppliers and assess their proposals, watch for risks in a supply chain, review contracts, match invoices against purchase orders, draft business proposals, screen CVs, score sales leads and handle IT help-desk requests.

Member companies choose an agent and subscribe to a package. Each agent can first be tried in a test environment before it is switched on, and companies get free credits to start, after which they move to paid plans based on how much they use. The chamber has not published prices. A company dashboard shows usage, costs and how often each agent's requests succeed, and an admin portal lets managers see how their teams use it. The data is hosted in the UAE, each company's data is kept apart, and the agents work in Arabic and English.

The chamber plans to grow the hub to 100 agents over two years and wants to reach more than 295,000 private-sector companies. Separate training tracks have been set up to help 14,000 companies in its business groups and business councils use the tools in their day-to-day work. "Success with agentic AI depends on how well companies use these tools to solve real business problems," Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said in summary of his remarks at the launch.

For a small business owner, the practical point is the trial: you can test an agent on your own paperwork before paying anything. The service is for Dubai Chambers members, so you need an active membership; ask the chamber about access and the cost of the paid plans before you move any sensitive work onto it.
